If you are dissatisfied with your order, or if anything is broken/damaged upon arrival, please email us and we'll do our best to solve the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We ship world wide!

We offer free shipping for U.S, Canada & Caribbean & Partial shipping for all other countries.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Packages are shipped within 3 days of receiving your order. Essential Clay is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

International shipping can take anywhere from 1-10 weeks depending on your country. Other factors may increase this time frame such as holidays, closures or other events. 

Please note that we are NOT the shipping service and cannot answer any shipping related questions. Please contact the shipping service via your tracking link to get assistance with any shipping related questions.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange is allowed if performed within 24 hours of your purchase transaction.  Please contact us to facilitate this request. 

We do not accept returns but we'll allow you to choose a different product at the same price point.
